It is difficult to fully explain the incredible upgrade in our
family’s quality of life as a result of working with Adam.
My
husband and I are more fit now at ages of 51 and 52 than we have been at
any other time in our lives. We have lost more than 140 lbs. between us
since beginning our workouts with Adam. It is a privilege to work
with someone as professional and caring as Adam. The obvious results from working
with him are far outweighed by those that are unseen, but they will
remain with us for the rest of what will hopefully be a fuller,
healthier and longer life.

Through
Adam's continuous support, guidance, and knowledge of fitness
and nutrition I have become a healthier person both physically
and mentally. He creates a positive mindset and healthy
way of living when it comes to exercise and eating. Adam
is realistic, understanding, and takes the time to listen to
people's likes and dislikes and creates a fitness plan that
meets individual's needs. With previous experiences
boredom seemed to set in around 2 or 3 months, but with Adam the
workout routines are always fresh and new, challenging yet
doable, and I can even say fun. Adam genuinely cares about

47 I am in the best shape of my life. I attribute this to
Adam Smith. Before I met Adam four years ago, I worked out
about once a week, and I was working towards just losing weight.
I really didn't think about the whole "fitness lifestyle" part
of being healthy. I just equated weight to health.
Having worked with Adam all of these years, I now understand and
live the healthy life...not just to lose weight, but to get more
out of my life. My whole mindset has changed, and for me,

Adam
has been my trainer for a few years now. I have had other
trainers in the past, and have discovered that I really like
that Adam does pay attention to how I am doing the exercises, is
the body lined up properly, am I lifting correctly, am I
breathing. I have had great results. I feel I am in
better shape and I have a better attitude about my body.
He keeps the exercises fresh and new. Just when I think I
know what is coming, he changes it. And he never puts up
with my excuses. Which are many and always. I took a
few months to try and do the exercising on my own and decided
that I am not very good at motivating myself. So I hired
Adam again, and he was able to get me back on track. It is
good to have someone to answer to. Thanks for putting up with me Adam.

Adam as a personal trainer for several years and have been very
satisfied. Adam is upbeat and uses positive encouragement to
keep me focused and helps me to fulfill my goals. He is always

When
I started working with Adam I had
been lacking motivation, energy, and a positive attitude. I
had been inconsistent with my workouts, eating poorly, and
wasn’t feeling or looking the way I wanted. In
my first 1½ hour consultation and assessment, Adam used a
computer program that measured many aspects of my fitness
level. At the end, I received a report that changed
EVERYTHING for me. The program had scored me on about 10
different categories. Although my overall score was fairly
high – 81, I wasn’t satisfied and wanted to do better.
We
discussed a workout routine, some ideas to improve my
nutritional intake, and then set a realistic goal for me –
90. Focusing on that score spurred my motivation and totally
re-energized me. After 6 weeks of pretty intense but
fun (I love the boxing) training, I was tested again. I could see exactly
where and by how much I had improved. Amazingly, my new
overall score was a 90!
I couldn’t have been happier. However, the best part was
that I felt and looked better than I had in years. Thanks Adam.
