workouts combine the benefits of personal training with the
affordability and energy of boot camp workouts. The smaller class
size gives you more personal attention and supervision to ensure that
you are exercising correctly and safely, and get the best workout
possible for the best results.
Voltage
is a high energy group workout that is sure to add a jolt to your
workout routine. Keep your routine fresh with various calisthenics, resistance training
exercises, drills, plyometric exercises, and challenging obstacle
courses. Voltage workouts are instructed by a certified personal trainer
so you know you're in good hands. You'll get a total body workout
including cardiovascular, core, strength, balance, flexibility, and
functional training. Each workout lasts about
60-90
minutes, and every workout is different so you will never do the same
workout twice. Unlike other boot camp classes that make you pay
for a month
or so of workouts regardless of how many you attend, you only pay for
the Voltage workouts you attend. Cash payments are collected prior to
the start of each workout.

If you have six or more people who would like to participate you can schedule your own
Voltage workout at a date, time, and location of your choosing. You can
also set-up a workout for your business or corporation.
