With RPT you get a personalized workout plan created for you based on YOUR goals and YOUR schedule! Get that extra dose of accountability while your trainer monitors your progress as you track your workouts.

REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING PLANS

RPT - CARDIO ONLY

  • Great for a personal cardio schedule or running/race plan

RPT - CARDIO/STRENGTH

  • Personalized workout plan including strength training and cardio workouts

RPT + 1 MONTHLY PERSONAL

  • Personalized strength and cardio workout plan

  • One in-person personal training session per month

    • Leave workout notes and messages for your trainer

    • One 60 minute in-person personal training session

    • Session can be used for private a workout, stretch session, fitness assessment, nutrition, goal setting, speed workout, etc.
