Adam has over fourteen years experience as a personal trainer and health advocate. He has worked as a Fitness Coordinator for the United States Navy, as a personal trainer in various commercial gyms, and is the head trainer/founder of Structural Fitness.


Adam's experience includes working with men and women of all fitness levels, ages, and backgrounds. Adam has successfully guided individuals to reach weight loss goals, improve posture, increase flexibility, overcome injury, improve athletic performance, increase strength and cardiovascular endurance, and make lasting positive lifestyle changes.
