All App-based training plans come with the ability to synch your wearables such as Apple watch, Garmin watches, Fitbit, etc. Keep track of foods (food journal) with the built in data base that allows you to search for foods or scan barcodes, favorite items, create meals, or follow one of the "SF Approved" recipes found on the app.
